High End racing crankshaft with longer stroke suitable for Puch Maxi S / N, Supermaxi LG1 and other mopeds with a Puch 1-speed E50 engine.
This special full circle crankshaft has 1mm more stroke than the original crankshaft. This gives the engine more torque, higher compression ratio and more horsepower. So it is a high quality racing crankshaft for use in engines with high power increase.

Important notes on use:
The additional stroke must necessarily be compensated with a 0.5mm thick stroke plate!
Sealing compound should be used between the gasket and the housing or cylinder.
The squeezing edge dimension should not be less than 1mm (distance piston - cylinder head at TDC)!
The ignition side oil seal should be additionally secured due to the increased pressure in the crankcase, e.g. with 2K glue or a retaining plate!
After installation, let the moped run for about half an hour with a richer mixture in order to run in the new crankshaft under low load.
Attention: Depending on the model, it may happen with 45mm cylinder kits it on UT that the previously compressed air enters the intake port through the holes in the piston.

- Solid connecting rod with stable connecting rod pin with 16mm diameter. As connecting rod bearings were used silver bearings with excellent emergency running properties.
