KIIVRID

Pea ümbermõõdu mõõtmine

Mõõtmine Pea ümbermõõdu mõõtmiseks pane mõõdurihm ümber oma pea umbes 1cm kõrvadest kõrgemalt. Vali kiiver mis on lähib antud mõõdule. Kiiver peab olema tihedalt peas ja ei tohiks loksuda üheski suunas. Krossikiivrid avaldavad üldjuhul rohkem survet põskedele kui tänavasõidu kiivrid.

Kiivreid on väga erineva kuju ja mõõduga, nagu ka inimeste peakujusid. Kui kiiver teeb haiged ja ei sobi saate selle lihtsalt ümber vahetada.

KAITSMED

Kaitsmete mõõtmine

A Kintsu ümbermõõtu mõõdetakse kintsu keskosast natuke kõrgemalt pingutamata mõõdulindiga.

B Sääre ümbermõõtu mõõdetakse sääre kõige jämedamast kohast pingutamata mõõdulindiga.

Kuidas mõõta küünarnuki ja põlvekaitsmeid?

Keha mõõtmine

A Rinnaümbermõõtu mõõdetakse pingutamata mõõdulindiga horisontaalselt rinna kõige laiemast kohast.

B Vööümbermõõtu mõõdetakse pingutatud mõõdulindiga horisontaalselt ümber vöö.

C Puusaümbermõõtu mõõdetakse horisontaalselt ümber puusade kõige laiema osa.

D Reieümbermõõtu mõõdetakse horisontaalis kõige jämedamast kohast.

E Sisejalamõõtu mõõdetakse jala siseküljelt põranda suunas kuni pükste alumise servani.

F Varruka pikkust mõõdetakse õlanukist või õlaõmblusest randmeni

G Keha pikkust mõõdetakse jalatsiteta pealaest kuni jalataldadeni.

Mõõtke tihedalt vastu keha, sest kõik tabelites toodud mõõdud on nn „kehamõõdud“. Jätke mõõtmisel selga ainult aluspesu ja/või korsett ja seiske lõdvestunult. Lubage ennast aidata, sest nii saab täpsema mõõtmistulemuse.

Mõõda mõlemaid käsi ja kasuta suuremat mõõtu.

Soovitused

Krossi- ja mootorratta kindad peavad olema väga täpse mõõduga, muidu võivad tekkida peopessa villid. Kui gripist kinni hoiate ei tohiks tekkida kindale suuremaid volte.

SAAPAD

Talla pikkuse mõõtmine (A)

Pane jalga sokk, millega planeerid jalatsit kanda.
Seisa sirgelt põrandal ja suru kand vastu seina.
Mõõda joonlauaga kaugus seinast kuni kõige pikema varba otsani.
Saadud tulemus leia suuruste-tabelist.

Soovitused

Väldi hommikul mõõtmist, sest õhtuks läheb jalg pisut paiste ja nii saad tulemuse, mis arvestab hetke, kui jalg on kõige tundlikum.
Mõõda mõlemad jalad, kui tulemused erinevad vali suurem.
Krossi- ja mootorratta saapad on üldjuhul väga jäigad. Soovitame täiskasvanutel 1 number ja lastele 1-2 numbrit suuremad saapad. Täpsete mõõtude jaoks muidugi jälgige tootja suuruste tabeleid.
